Joint Support Fit Guide – Knee & Elbow Braces
Joint support fit guide
Use this guide for the Knee Support Brace and Elbow Brace Compression Support. The sizes below are the options currently listed for each product, not verified body-measurement ranges. We cannot reliably match a centimetre measurement to a size until supplier measurements are confirmed. If you are unsure of fit, contact us before ordering.
How to measure
Use a soft tape measure against bare skin, keeping it level and comfortably snug without pulling tight. For the knee, measure around the centre of the kneecap with the leg relaxed and slightly bent. For the elbow brace, measure around the forearm just below the elbow with the arm relaxed. Record the circumference in centimetres, where you measured and the time of day. Repeat the measurement to check it. These measuring positions are a starting point, not a supplier-confirmed sizing method.

Colours do not change the listed size options. The elbow specifications mention S, but there is no S variant currently listed, so this guide only includes M, L and XL. Size letters alone are not enough to guarantee fit. In particular, a one-size or adjustable support may not suit a very small or very large forearm; we do not have a verified minimum or maximum circumference for this elbow brace. Please ask us to confirm the supplier’s size chart before choosing a size. Do not assume that sizing up or down will make an unsuitable brace fit.
Swelling and fit re-checks
Measurements can change during the day, especially when the area is swollen. If your knee or forearm changes size, re-measure when you expect to wear the support and check the fit again. The support should feel secure without pinching, numbness, tingling or colour change. Remove it if it feels too tight or causes discomfort. If swelling is new, marked or persistent, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional rather than guessing a size.
Care
For the knee brace, the product specifications say to hand wash with mild soap and air dry. For the elbow brace, care instructions have not been confirmed; check its label or ask us before washing. Avoid heat until the manufacturer’s care instructions are known.
